Halloumi is the only cheese in the world which you can Barbecue and will not melt or loose it's form. Halloumi has been in the Cypriot tradition since the age of Mediaval Byzantine. Following the same traditions that our ancestors left us, our Halloumi is a semi-hard, brined cheese made from milk produced in our very own family farm and some other carefully selected local producers.
